Sabinsa Opens Germany Office
Sabinsa Corp., Piscataway, NJ, has opened a new office, Sabinsa Europe GmbH, in Langen, Germany. Due to the increasingly tight regulatory environment in the EU, Sabinsa felt it could better serve its agents and significantly grow its customer base by establishing an office and distribution center for its ingredients. According to Todd Norton, president, Sabinsa Corp., Germany offered the ideal place to set up operations due to its central location in Europe and rich heritage in botanical ingredients. Lutz Weise, PhD, has been appointed resident director of Sabinsa Europe GmbH and Simone Rexin has been hired as business development manager.
